1. Senior Sales Manager

As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining a strong portfolio of key customers in the African market, focusing on advertising on the Boomplay platform. you will drive promotional sales strategies and ensure our clients brand marketing objectives are met. we are looking for a professional with extensive experience in the African market, a strong understanding of product marketing, and a proven track record in managing high profile accounts.


Responsibilities:

• Expand and maintain a portfolio of key customers in the African market, ensuring monthly advertising spend on the Boomplay platform exceeds $10,000 per customer;

• Developing targeted advertising strategies based on customer needs, improving advertising effectiveness and achieving higher conversion rates;

• Understand the client's brand objectives and provide strategic brand marketing recommendations to increase their market presence and brand awareness;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of advertising campaigns, monitor ad performance, and provide continuous improvement advice to clients;

• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and provide insight into market trends, helping Boomplay maintain a competitive edge in the digital advertising industry.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field;

2. 5+ years of experience in digital media advertising sales, with existing client resources in the African market preferred;

• Strong understanding of brand marketing and ability to provide effective advertising solutions based on client's brand needs;

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to independently manage key client relationships;

• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho for customer management and sales tracking;

• Flexibility in a cultural work environment, with team collaboration skills and the ability to work under pressure;

• Fluent English language for seamless communication with international clients; Proficiency in local languages ​​(such as French or Kiswahili) is a plus.

2. Junior Sales Manager

Boomplay is looking for a focused, results-oriented, and self-driven Junior Sales Manager to focus on developing small and medium-sized customers in the African market. this role involves supporting display ad sales on the Boomplay platform and working closely withcustomers to achieve their brand marketing goals.Ideal candidates will have a background in digital advertising sales and a strong desire to grow in the field.


Responsibilities:

• Manage Boomplay's CPM/CPC/CPI/CPA advertising business in Africa, expanding direct customers in the local market and collaborating with the operations team to fulfill the brand's customer needs;

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with advertisers, identify additional customer needs, stay informed about market trends, coordinate internal resources, and enhance ad delivery performance;

Regularly analyze and review client advertising data, evaluate performance, identify issues, and work across departments to develop and implement improvement strategies.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field;

• Approximately 2 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with experience in developing small and medium-sized clients preferred;

• Strong self-discipline and results-oriented thinking; 

• Excellent learning and communication skills and the ability to maintain client relationships;

• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho is preferred;

• Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in local languages ​​(e.g., French, Kiswahili) an advantage.
